ZOHRIE Shipments & Returns

Shipping & Handling:

Our intention is to respond to all orders within 2-5 business days. You will be sent an email confirmation, which will include the full cost of the goods in invoice form and a confirmation of dispatch. Orders will be posted to the address stated by you 'the customer'. All items in stock are sent within 2-5 business days. For items that are out of stock, you will be contacted within 2 business days and offered a firm date for delivery, the opportunity to reconsider your order or suitable exchange upon request. We will then send you an email to confirm dispatch of your order; only at this point a contract between the two parties for the sale of a product is created.

We offer postage with an array of postal services available; all fees are clearly visible before checkout and you will have the chance to review your order before committing to purchase.

We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot guarantee that two or more orders placed independently will be dispatched together and shipping fees may apply to each.

Boxes and jiffy bags are amply sized. Your items are well-protected and professionally prepared before dispatch.


If you are not totally happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns. Please ensure that the product is returned exactly as you received them. Please complete the return form with the return package and inform us regarding the return and tracking details via email (returns@zohrie.co.uk). This will ensure to process your refund/exchange without any delays. Please keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 28 days of the invoice date (14 days for sale pieces). Once received, we will offer an exchange or a refund if required. The buyer will not be refunded the cost of shipping the items. You will be required to pay postage when returning the items to us. We strongly recommend that you use a secure, traceable means to return your order to us. Please use appropriate packaging and shipping service to ensure that any items are not damaged in transit and are returned in a timely manner.

Faulty items are dealt with individually at the discretion of Zohrie. Certain goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by Zohrie as faulty. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a free replacement or refund. In addition, returned items that are damaged through the fault of the consumer may not be entitled to a full refund,

You will be refunded within 28 business days of us receiving the returned items.

We are unable to accept returns for hair accessories and pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Reward vouchers are non-refundable.
