Zohrie reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, Zohrie reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will first be contacted and become entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.

It is important that you read these Website Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") carefully before ordering any products from our Website ("Product(s)"). Together with our Security and Privacy Policy and our below Terms of Use, they govern our relationship with you in relation to this Website and your purchase of Product(s) from the Website.

The Contract and all communications between us will be conducted in English.

Ordering and Shipping Information:

Please make sure the email address you provide us with is correct and your mailbox is in working order. All Order confirmations and invoices are sent to that email address. Please check any spam folders you may have for order communications.
Please note in particular that:

  • No Orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18.

  • You must ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this Website. Product prices shown on the Website may change from time to time. We try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this Website are correct and up to date
  • All Products displayed on this Website are subject to availability.
  • Your payment card will be debited once you have successfully placed an order with us.
  • No statement on this Website shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.


Privacy Policy:

Contact and Communication: All information collected will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Your details will not be passed on to third parties or affiliates. We will give you the chance to accept/refuse any marketing email from us, if you choose to sign up for our newsletter you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time. Zohrie will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We request you keep your account information accurate and up-to-date.

Payment and Security: We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. For your security, all card transactions are processed by SagePay. SagePay ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit or debit card details. You can also register with Visa and Mastercard Securecode through your card issuing bank. It will bring up an extra security window after you check out that requires you to input digits from a pass code that you'll have set with your bank.

Use of Cookies: This website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. Where applicable this website uses a cookie control system allowing the user on their first visit to the website to allow or disallow the use of cookies on their computer / device. This complies with recent legislation requirements for websites to obtain explicit consent from users before leaving behind or reading files such as cookies on a user's computer / device.

Social Media Platforms: Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that we participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.

Zohrie will ever ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.

This website may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.


Cancelling an order:

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

We will accept confirmation of order cancellation via email, if your order is submitting and yet to be dispatched we advise you email us as soon as possible. We will cancel and refund the order as long as the whole order is returned. We cannot accept partial cancellations. If you do not wish to keep an item which is a part of a multiple items order, then please accept the shipment and return the item which is no longer required. You will be refunded within 28 business days of us receiving the whole order. The buyer will not be refunded the cost of shipping. We cannot accept cancellation of an order if goods have been made specific for a customer and have been dispatched. For example, custom piece created for the consumer. You will be required to pay postage when returning the items to us. Please see our shipments and returns section for more information on returns.

We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and traceable as all goods are the customer's responsibility until they have reached Zohrie. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they will be returned at customers cost.

All goods should be returned with their original labels and packaging in appropriate wrapping for transit. We will not accept goods returned with postage labels attached to the products or the product packaging. If you do not ensure reasonable care and goods are returned damaged, we may refuse a refund as this is a breach of this statutory right.

These terms apply to using the Zohrie website. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Reward vouchers are non-refundable.

Products on the website:

The Products displayed on this Website are not shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to detail. Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size or may differ in colour than actual colour due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger size than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Entire Agreement:

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Zohrie. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a director of Zohrie.

None of the above affects your statutory rights under English Law.





Governing Law:

The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these Terms of Use or of any term of these Terms of Use will be governed by the law of England and Wales.The English and Welsh courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or use of the Website. However this does not prevent residents of Northern Ireland, Scotland or Europe from starting proceedings in their own local courts.
